Wearsafe Tag Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Wearsafe Tag device from the wearsafe.com website for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the device and request a refund. Please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] and provide your order number or a photo of your shipping invoice.
The following terms apply:
The return must be received within 90 days from original purchase.
Returned Tag device must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and may not be altered.
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Any included subscription code, or the email address subscribed using that code, must be provided in the return package or in the return request email.
If you return a device to Wearsafe: (a) without all accessories included in the original package or (b) without the subscription code or email address activated for service, Wearsafe retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of $5.00.
If you purchased your Tag and you request a refund of the Tag purchase price, you must notify us by email to [email protected]. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping and handling, within 45 days. No refunds will be issued beyond the allotted return policy terms of your purchase.
Shipping
You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Wearsafe. We encourage you to use an insured and trackable shipping method.

No refunds will be provided for any Subscription Services or for any Wearsafe Tag devices provided to you at no cost in connection with the purchase of any Subscription Services. See our Terms of Service for complete details.
