I received an alert but I don’t see audio in the alert "timeline" screen?

At the beginning of an alert, we send four 15-second audio files, then two 30-second audio files. Starting with the 3rd minute of an alert, each audio file is 60 seconds long. If an alert is closed less than 15 seconds after it was opened, and the sender has Wearsafe Rewind disabled, no audio file will be sent out.

The sender of the alert may have denied access to their phone’s microphone during App set up. To provide audio and use the full Wearsafe Platform, each subscriber must grant access to the microphone to the Wearsafe App in their phone’s Settings app.
