Wearsafe Tag® Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Wearsafe Tag device from the wearsafe.com website for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please call our customer service department at (877) 444-0002 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The following terms apply:
- The shipping label on the returned package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of cancellation (the date we provide you with a RMA number).
- Returned Tag device must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and may not be altered.
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The RMA number must be included along with your returned device.
- If you return a device to Wearsafe: (a) without a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Wearsafe or (b) without all accessories included in the original package, Wearsafe retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of $5.00.
- If you purchased your Tag and you request a refund of the Tag purchase price, you must notify us by email to [email protected]. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping and handling, within 45 days. No refunds will be issued beyond the allotted return policy terms of your purchase.
- You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Wearsafe. We encourage you to use an insured and trackable shipping method.
