Another CES has come and gone, but this show was one for the books! This year’s Consumer Electronics Show brought thousands together to share emerging tech from all over the globe. It was Wearsafe’s first time exhibiting at the show, and our team was honored with two outstanding achievement awards at CES this year. Wearsafe was named an Editor’s Choice Award by Women’s Health Magazine and Best Wearable of 2017 by Dealerscope IMPACT! Awards.
Women’s Health Magazine named Wearsafe as a top gadget of CES 2017 and one of the best new health and fitness technologies on the market, calling it a “game changer for personal safety”. Presented by Women’s Health fitness director, Jen Ator, the Editor’s Pick Awards were based on products from CES that are the most innovative, exciting, and most likely to make a difference in the industry.
“Receiving an Editor’s Choice Award by Women’s Health Magazine, with less than a year in the industry, is a great honor,” said Wearsafe co-founder Dave Benoit.
“As we continue grow, our mission is to establish ourselves as the leader in personal safety wearables, and having the support of industry leaders will certainly help in achieving that goal.” - David Benoit, Co-Founder
In addition to the Women’s Health Magazine award, Dealerscope announced the winners of their annual Dealerscope IMPACT! Awards at CES and Wearsafe was awarded with Best Wearable. These awards are designed to recognize products in the consumer electronics industry that are innovative, help drive sales on the show floor, and drive consumers into stores.
Our team loved checking out the latest and greatest in the tech industry — and it was truly great to see products that are helping to make managing our personal fitness and health easier… and safer! Needless to say, our countdown to CES 2018 has begun!
